Welcome to the neighborhoods

Here, each neighborhood is different, with an experience and a vibe all its own. Parks, landscapes, homes and amenities are all unique to the neighborhoods in which you find them. Yet every Great Park neighborhood also has one thing in common: fellowship in a greater community and an exceptional lifestyle shared by all who call it home.

Currently two neighborhoods, Rise and Solis Park, are actively selling new homes. We invite you to find your place here.

Now Selling

Our eighth neighborhood is now open and is sure to transform life at Great Park Neighborhoods. Here, a 13-acre park can fill your days with fun, and community gathering spaces will draw friends and neighborhoods closer together. And a delightful mix of homes means there will be something for everyone and then some.

Solis Park

Solis Park

Introducing Solis Park: Latin for sun, Solis is an invitation to put your walking shoes on, go outside and have some fun. A double-park neighborhood with sparkling mini pools at The Retreat for your smaller gatherings, and a large pool area with outdoor BBQs plus “The Cave” indoor-outdoor lounge at Solis Park for your larger get-togethers.

Rise

Rise

Rise is a neighborhood linked by three parks that include a community building, pools, an overlook deck, and water features. Linked by trail to all things Great Park, including nearby Portola High School, Rise is an exciting new way to live in Irvine.

Novel Park

Novel Park

Novel Park embraces an urban lifestyle and social living environment. This eclectic neighborhood is filled with an uncommon collection of gathering spaces like dog parks, coffee shops and hanging pod gardens. And the contemporary architecture uses a mix of urban materials, so even walks around the block have a little surprise and delight.

Cadence Park

Cadence Park

Cadence Park, inspired by the arts, features three community buildings including a Lending Library, Art Gallery, and Studio. This park also has an art walk amongst large sculptures created by big-name artists like Jen Stark, Sage Vaughn, Aaron de la Cruz, and more. Walk through this park for your daily creative inspiration.

Parasol Park

Parasol Park

Parasol Park is where high-style homes meet low-key living. The park inspires connections between nature and neighbors alike--with a sit-down-and-stay-awhile outdoor kitchen and living room, complete with its very own fireplace.

Beacon Park

Beacon Park

Beacon Park offers a fresh take on American Heritage architecture, updating classic designs to fit how today's families live. The namesake park was created around the theme of navigation and discovery, which means there's plenty to do and explore. Oh, and Beacon Park is also home to Great Park Neighborhoods' first K-8 school. Consider that extra credit.

Pavilion Park

Pavilion Park

Pavilion Park is a place where you can put down roots, and get close to the earth. It's pretty easy when you have a home with a big traditional-style front porch that encourages conversation and a yard perfect for entertaining, not to mention a neighborhood that includes everything from a greenhouse to a children's play area and pool.
